FIRST LOOK: Barnes & Noble reopens in Park Slope
The 7th Avenue bookstore welcomes readers back this morning with a refreshed space and grand-reopening celebration.
The longtime bookstore on 7th Avenue in Park Slope, the Barnes & Noble – Park Slope, reopened its doors today at 9 a.m. following a four-month renovation. The 23,500-square-foot location (one of the largest in the city and one of most successful of all the Barnes & Noble stores) first opened in 1997 and has been in Park Slope nearly thirty years [Brooklyn Eagle].
New York Times bestselling author Ann Napolitano cut the ribbon at the reopening and stayed signing copies of her books, including Hello Beautiful.
