Ice cream & smoothie shop Emack & Bolio’s opened last week at 242 Prospect Park West between Windsor Place and Prospect Ave. Omakase restaurant & wine bar Luya will open this month on 5th Avenue between Union & President streets. Mitsuki Japanese Market will celebrate the grand opening of their third location at 80 7th Avenue between Union St and Berkeley Pl!
