This lively corner spot on 5th Avenue is the only 100% gluten-free Italian restaurant in Brooklyn, and one of the few in all of NYC. The restaurant’s focus is on traditional farm-to-table Italian home cooking, and the menu features pizza, hearty pasta dishes, and even a raw bar. Sixteen Mill Bakeshop
Recently dubbed one of the fifteen best bakeries in NYC by Condé Nast Traveler, this buzzy bakeshop is 100% gluten-free, vegan, and refined sugar-free and sells donuts, breads, muffins, cookies, cakes, scones, and Belgian waffles out of a tiny Gowanus storefront. The menu changes regularly, so check their Instagram for the latest offerings.
