Shanghainese Delights at Fleur 風華 in Park Slope
The sister restaurant of HUPO 琥珀 (a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant in LIC) and SHAN 山川 Szechuan in Cobble Hill opens in Park Slope, Brooklyn
My family recently had a delicious dim sum lunch at Fleur 風華 (@fleur_nyc392). Fleur is a great addition to the neighborhood, serving Shanghainese cuisine and currently in soft opening since October.
Our family savored the delicious dumplings and drinks on offer, complemented by vibrant salads that brought a perfect balance of color, flavor, and texture to the meal. The Four Joy Gluten Salad was a standout favorite for me. We also enjoyed the crispy scallion pancakes and ended on a sweet note with the coconut cream panna cotta, elegantly topped with Osmanthus flower syrup. The service was warm and professional, and we thoroughly enjoyed the comfort of our cozy booth.
Fleur is also open for dinner - I’ve heard the mocktails & cocktails are great, and their full entree menu will be available during their Grand Opening (date TBD!).
Thanks to @will.work.for.food for reminding us to visit and also sharing the following: “There are two other restaurants under AO Hospitality — @shanszechuan in Cobble Hill (also great) and @huponyc (a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant) in LIC”
