A 15-story jail complex is rising at 275 Atlantic Avenue in Boerum Hill - featuring over 712,000 sq ft including 30,000 sq ft of community facility space, parking, and a tunnel to the nearby courthouse. “275 Atlantic Avenue is expected to cost $3 billion and is anticipated to be completed in 2029.” [New York YIMBY]
