Closings:
Everyman Espresso on 5th Avenue will soon be closing. The owner Sam, shared this information with us:
“We will be closing on 3/22. While we love the neighborhood and have a lot of supportive regulars, we could not recover from the damage that Blank Street did to our sales when they moved in directly across the street. Saturation of coffee shops has become a big problem across NYC, but on 5th Ave there’s simply more shops than there are the customers to support them. While that is frustrating I remain grateful for the community we built together. The staff really cared for the guests and worked hard to make delicious drinks in a welcoming space.
Thanks Park Slope! We had a great run!”
7th Avenue Wine & Liquor will close soon. Closing date is to be determined, and they will be operating on a limited schedule starting in April. They will be missed!
