New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital opens new state-of-the-art Obstetrics and Gynecology Practice and Imaging Center in Park Slope, giving Brooklynites access to prenatal imaging and testing, gynecologic imaging, breast imaging and more [Brooklyn Eagle].
BRIC Arts Media and University Settlement launch the Digital Equity Initiative, which aims to bridge the digital divide across generations in Brooklyn. The program will offer free workshops for teenagers and older adults, focusing on content creation and digital literacy [BK Reader].
